The matter contained in this appendix is deemed of sufficient importance to warrant its publication in this form. Some of it is taken from the General Conference journals, and is therefore the action of the General Conference, although not ordained as a part of the Discipline. Other matters are inserted because suggestive and convenient for reference, as post-office addresses, administrative boards, forms of procedure, etc.
