     The examination of deaconesses shall be con ducted by the annual conference board of examiners, and may be conducted orally. See Paragraph 174 (11). A deaconess having completed the foregoing studies of the first and second years is eligible to be licensed by the annual conference, according to Paragraph 174 (6).
