She's found in the 1850 census in Blossberg, Tioga County, PA: BELMAN, Cha rlotte (head of household; 67; born in NJ); FREEMAN, Mary (30; born in NY ); BELMAN, C. E. (1 month old female; born in PA). Charlotte had real esta te valued at $4,000. She could neither read nor write. Her son Jacob liv ed next door to her when this census was taken.

Charlotte married Jacob Belman. (Jacob Belman was born between 1780 and 1790 and died before 1850.)
