Obituary:

John Walter Van Scoyoc died at home in Blandburg on May 21, 1927, at 7 1. He will be interred at the Cambria Mills Cemetery. He is survived by h is wife and the following children: Mrs Levi Beers, Mrs Rodie Lightner, a nd J.E. Van Scoyoc of Blandburg; J.H. of Tyrone, Mrs Stewart Beers of Lyle ville, Mrs Paul Rickard of Mountaindale; Alice Webster, Clair, and Mabel a ll at home. The following brothers and sisters survive: George of Van Orme r, P.J. of Tyrone, F.W. of Akron, Mrs A.C. Dale of Bloomfield, NJ, M rs W. F. Dale of Madera, and Mrs Nan Waple of Glasgow.
