Hooversville Citizen Ill less than two weeks - Funeral Friday Morning

Hooversville, Aug 24- Henry J. Lehman, a well known resident of Hooversvi lle, died about 10:30 o'clock this morning after an illness of less than t wo weeks. Mr. Lehman was seventy-one years of age on August 1st. He h ad been a resident of this place for about thirteen years. The deceased w as born in Paint Township, near Scalp Level. He is survived by his wif e, who was Rachel Seese, of Paint Township, and two children, as follow s: Nathaniel, of near Hooversville, and Anna, wife of Jacob Roudabus h, of Holsopple

Mr. Lehman is also survived by the following sisters and brothers; Mr .s Susannah Blough, of Moxham, Johnstown; Mrs. Daniel Foust, of Sca lp Level; Mrs. Daniel G. Berkey, of Middlebury, Ind.; Mr.s William Trev orro, of bucks county; Samuel Lehman, of Windber, and Jacob Lehman, al so of Windber.

The REv. G. K. kAllen, pastor of the Hooversville Lutheran Church, will co nduct services over the remains at 9:30 o'clock Friday morning. The bo dy will be taken to Scalp Level, where burial will be made.

Henry married Rachel Seese, daughter of John E. Seese and Hannah Custer. (Rachel Seese was born on 8 May 1846 ¹²⁰ and died on 12 Jul 1916 ¹²⁰.)
