Epistle to the Romans

CHAPTER 15
But we ought,     we   who [are]   strong,   the   infirmities   of the   weak
to bear,   and   not   ourselves   to please.
For each 2     of 3 us 4   the 6   neighbour 7   let 1 please 5   unto     good   for
building up.
For also     the   Christ   not 2   himself 3   pleased; 1   but,   according as   it has been written,
The   reproaches   of those   reproaching   thee   fell   on   me.
For as many thingsas     were written before   for     our   instruction
were written before,   that   through     endurance   and     encouragement   of the
scriptures     hope   we might have.
Now   the   God     of endurance   and     encouragement   give   you   the 3
same 4 thing 5   to 1 mind 2   with   one another   according to   Christ   Jesus;
that   with one accord   with   one   mouth   ye may glorify   the   God   and   Father
of our Lord       Jesus   Christ.
Wherefore   receive ye   one another,   according as   also   the   Christ
received   us   to   [the] glory   of God.
I 2 say 3   but, 1   Jesus   Christ   a servant   has become   of circumcision   for
[the] truth   of God,   for     to confirm   the   promises   of the   fathers;
and the     nations   for   mercy   to glorify     God;   according as   it has been written,
Because of   this   I will confess   to thee   among   [the] nations,   and   thy name
    will I praise.
And   again   it says,   Rejoice ye,   nations,   with   his people.
And   again,   Praise   the   Lord,   all   the   nations,   and   praise   him,
all   the   peoples.
And   again,   Esaias   says,   There shall be   the   root     of Jesse,   and   he that
arises   to rule [the]   nations:   in   him   [the] nations   shall hope.
Now the 2     God 3     of 4 hope 5   may fill 1   you   with all   joy   and   peace
in     believing   for     to 2 abound 3   you 1   in     hope,   in   power
of [the] Spirit 2   Holy. 1
    But am 4 persuaded, 5     my 6 brethren, 7     also 2   myself 3   I 1   concerning   you,   that
also   yourselves   full   are   of goodness,   being filled   with all   knowledge,
being able   also   one another   to admonish.
More 2 boldly 3   but 1   I did write   to you,   brethren,   in   part,   as
reminding   you,   because of   the   grace   which   was given   to me   by
θεου
God,
for     to 2 be 3   me 1   a minister   of Jesus   Christ   to   the   nations,
administering in sacred service   the   glad tidings     of God,   that   might be   the
offering up   of the   nations   acceptable,   sanctified   by [the]   Spirit 2   Holy. 1
I have   therefore   boasting   in   Christ   Jesus   [as to] the things   pertaining to   God.
For not     will I dare   to speak   anything   of what   not 3   worked 2 out 4   Christ 1   by
me,   for [the]   obedience   of [the] nations,   by word   and   work,
    in [the]   power   of signs   and   wonders,   in [the]   power   of [the] Spirit   of God;
so as for me     from   Jersualem,   and   in a circuit   unto     Illyricum,
to have fully preached   the   glad tidings   of the   Christ;
and so     being ambitious   to announce the glad tidings,   not   where   was 2 named 3
Christ, 1   that   not   upon   another’s   foundation   I might build;
but   according as   it has been written,   To whom   it was not announced
concerning   him,   they shall see;   and   those that   have not heard
shall understand.
Wherefore   also   I was hindered   many times     from coming     to   you.
But now,     no longer   place 2   having 1   in   these regions
and a 2 longing 3     having 1     to come   to   you   for   many   years,
whenever     I may go   to     Spain.   I will come   to   you;   I 2 hope 3
for 1   going through   to see   you,   and   by   you   to be set forward   thither,
if   of you   first   in   part   I should be filled.
    But now     I go   to   Jerusalem,   doing service   to the   saints;
    for were 4 pleased 5     Macedonia 1   and 2   Achaia 3   a 6 contribution 8   certain 7
to make   for   the   poor   of the   saints   who [are]   in   Jerusalem.
For they were pleased     and   debtors 2   their 1   they are;   for if
in their spiritual things       participated 3   the 1   nations, 2
they ought   also   in   to the   fleshly things   to minister   to them.
This   therefore   having finished,   and   having sealed   to them   this fruit,
I will set off   by   you   into     Spain.
And I know     that   coming   to   you,   in   fulness   of blessing   of the
glad tidings     of Christ   I shall come.
But I exhort     you,   brethren,   by   our Lord       Jesus   Christ,
and   by   the   love   of the   Spirit,   to strive together with   me   in
prayers   for   me   to     God,
that   I may be delivered   from   those   being disobedient   in     Judea;   and   that
service 2   my 1   which [is]   for   Jerusalem   acceptable   may be   to the   saints;
that   in   joy   I may come   to   you   by [the]   will   of God,   and
I may be refreshed with   you.
And the     God     of peace   [be] with   all 2   you. 1   Amen.
