What is a Cult?
According to
Merriam-Webster Dictionary, a cult is "a
religion regarded as unorthodox or
spurious; also : its body
of adherents".1
This website like all Real Christian
groups defines a cult as any
group, person or set of beliefs that has
rejected any or all of the basic beliefs
& doctrines of Orthodox Christianity by
- Diminishing the true
nature of Christ by
rejecting his Godhood, his
sinlessness or his
humanness.
- Rejecting the inerrancy
and/or authority of the Word
of God.
- Making salvation
possible by any means other
then that of Grace alone,
thru faith alone, in Christ
alone. i.e. Salvation by Works
